Vehicle-specific boost leak testers for Kenworth.
Check the engine and year in the product name, or text us a photo of your setup and we'll point you to the right kit.
Kenworth testers are listed by truck and engine: the T600 with the CAT 3406E and the T2000 with the Cummins N14. Both are billet aluminum and fit the turbo inlet on those engines. The charge air cooler pressure tester kit is here too, for testing the CAC on its own on Class 7 and 8 trucks, with 60 PSI gauges and plugs that fit 3", 3.5" and 4" hoses. On older trucks, the charge air cooler, its boots and the clamps are the usual leak points, and even a small leak costs fuel economy on every trip and makes the turbo work harder. Pressure test the system, then spray soapy water along every boot, clamp and the cooler core to find the leak. Have a Kenworth with a different engine, such as a Cummins ISX or a PACCAR MX? Check the semi truck page or text us what you drive and we'll tell you which tester fits.
