What Size Do I Need
Three steps to the right tester. Shopping for a specific vehicle? See Shop by vehicle.
01
Find your test point
Most cars test at the turbo inlet. If the turbo is hard to reach, as on Subarus and many V6 and V8 twin turbo cars, you test at the intake pipe before the turbo instead.
02
Measure the outside
Measure the outside diameter of the turbo inlet, or of the pipe the tester will clamp to. A tape measure or calipers straight across the opening works.
03
Match the size
Testers come in 14 sizes from 1.5" to 6". Find your measurement in the chart below to see the single tester and the kits that cover it.
