Boost leak testers for MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) turbochargers. MHI turbos are factory equipment on many Mitsubishi, Subaru, Volvo, Mercedes and other turbo cars. Because the inlet size depends on the exact turbo model and compressor cover, the easiest way to pick a tester is to measure the outside diameter of the compressor inlet and choose the matching size.
Every tester has a billet aluminum end cap, a silicone coupler, a T-bolt clamp and a gauge, so you can pressurize the whole charge path from the turbo to the engine and find leaks in the intercooler, couplers, clamps and intake manifold.
